“Tiny Taigon” program is that develops motor skills, concentration, and self-confidence necessary for infancy, and teaches children the basic activities they need.

“Taekwondo” is a comprehensive martial arts and sport that not only improves overall athletic performance, but also fosters self-confidence and camaraderie through mutual courtesy, respect, and cooperative ability, and helps you grow into a person who has a better influence on society.

WELL-BEING TAEKWONDO

(ADULT ONLY) EXERCISE AND IMPROVED WELL-BEING Taekwondo strengthens your body and improves your health through physical exercise and conditioning. Isometric and dynamic tension exercises will allow you to gain better muscle tone and more strength. A gradual building process of safe and easy stretching techniques will enhance flexibility, while breathing and concentration exercises lead to sharper reflexes and senses.

OLYMPIC TAEKWONDO FOR ATHLETES

Taekwondo, as an official Olympic sport, is training for self-realization, the next stage of martial arts training, and learns how to achieve goals through stronger training for individual goals.
